Residenza d’epoca Olimpia, in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate, is a 17th century building originally owned by a noble Spanish family.
Just a short walk from the sea, the building has been elegantly renovated and overlooks one of the most characteristic views of Santa Maria: the Marina Piccola beach, which once was the heart of the village with its landmark buildings such as the still existing Torre Perrotti.
The freshly renovated building makes Residenza d’epoca Olimpia the ideal place to spend a pleasant and peaceful vacation based on rest, relaxation and discovering the artistic and cultural heritage of the Cilento area.
The position of the estate is also a perfect starting point to visit some of the most famous places and archaeological sites of the area, such as the temples of Paestum, the excavations of Velia and the Amalfi Coast.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn’t binding and doesn’t act as a contract neither for the client nor for Residenza d’epoca Olimpia.
If a deposit is requested, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Residenza d’epoca Olimpia in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.
At which point residenza d’epoca Olimpia promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.
The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking request becomes binding only after the dispatch of a receipt that attests the payment of the deposit.
The amount of the advance is equal to the 30% of the amount of the stay excluded the optional services and the tourist tax (which are paid before the departure).
Arrival (check-in): from 2 pm to 10 pm.
Departure (check-out): by 11 am.
Settlement of payment: at your departure as follows:
– Cash
– By cheque
– By Eurocheque
– By credit card Visa, Mastercard
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 30 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.
• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes within 15 days before your scheduled arrival.
• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes on your scheduled arrival or No show.
OTHER SERVICES AND DISCOUNTS
• 0 to 3 years: € 20,00 per day
• From 4 years up to 11 years: 50% discount
• From 12 years onwards : 20% discount
• Tourist tax: € 1,00 per person per day for the first 6 days
• Parking: € 15,00 per day (1km from the accommodation)
• Possibility of booking a beach place based on availability
